1.1. The client will receive an email from SELAFANO.COM with the order confirmation, when the payment is done.
1.2. Clients should choose from any of the means of payment announced on the checkout process.
1.3. The order confirmation sent by SELAFANO.COM is not an invoice. ZENITH ABILITY UNIPESSOAL, LDA will send the invoice with the order.
2. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
2.1. The client can exchange or return any item except face masks and personalized items. In this case, ZENITH ABILITY UNIPESSOAL, LDA can only accept the return if it is a case of error/defective item.
2.2. The client has thirty (30) days to return or exchange the items.
2.3. All the items purchased on SELAFANO.COM may be returned or exchanged (except face masks or personalized items), provided they are in their original packing, unused and accompanied by the invoice. To return or exchange items, please contact us at [email protected] with the order number and item to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items should be returned to:

2.4. In the case of return or exchange, the client should keep the proof of delivery. ZENITH ABILITY UNIPESSOAL, LDA declines any responsibility in the misplacement or damage caused by the carrier.
2.5. ZENITH ABILITY UNIPESSOAL, LDA will return the amount of the items, excluding the shipping cost.
