1. General use conditions

2. Customer obligations

2.1 The customer/user is obliged to use our e-commerce platform correctly, in accordance with the law, practice good use and usage accepted by our society, when buying our articles and using other services made available through SELAFANO.COM and are also required to accept all our General Conditions. All our customers/users should refrain from misuse or harmful use, including any other device that may affect the proper functioning of our online store, and in this way may endanger the good use and access of our customers/users, which may cause serious damage, either in terms of property or rights to ZENITFLOWER, LDA, its suppliers, customers/users or in other cases, to third parties. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use it. 3. Products and prices

3.1 ZENITFLOWER, LDA reserves the right to change the offer of articles and other services, which are available through the e-commerce platform to customers/users at any time. Similarly, you may also, in any instance, add new articles or services to existing ones on the website. Unless otherwise specified, new articles and services will be subject to these General Conditions. ZENITFLOWER reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating unannounced access to any class of articles and services made available through the e-commerce platform.

3.2 The form and visualization of the articles and services provided by the e-commerce platform try to reproduce the originals as faithfully as possible, bearing in mind the limitations of Internet technology and visualization. The features of the articles and services as well as their price are disclosed on the website. SELAFANO.COM prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Procedure and payment method of articles and other services

4.1 The customer will receive an email from SELAFANO.COM confirming the order after payment.

4.2 Customers who purchase items or services through SELAFANO.COM must pay by the method existed of the means announced in detail on the site.

4.3 The purchase confirmation sent by the site SELAFANO.COM is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. ZENITFLOWER, LDA. will send the invoice upon delivery of the order.

5. Return

5.1 The customer has the right to return any item unless it is customized, such as embroidery, print or other permanent marking, specific colors or fittings at customer's request, etc. In these cases, ZENITFLOWER, LDA will only accept the return if there is an error made internally by the company or if there is a production defect.

5.2 The return must be made within thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of the article.

5.3 All items purchased on the SELAFANO.COM e-commerce platform may be exchanged or returned, provided they are in their original packaging, unused and with a purchase receipt. To return/exchange items, please contact us at [email protected], with the order number and item to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer. 5.4 In case of exchange or return, the customer must keep the proof of shipment as ZENITFLOWER, LDA. declines full responsibility for loss or damage that may occur during the transport of the item returned by the customer.

5.5 The return implies the refund of the amount paid by the customer, after deducting the amount of shipping costs from ZENITFLOWER, LDA. Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive confirmation of return by email once it has been made. If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have a refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help expedite the process.

7. Home delivery service

7.1 The geographical scope of sales through the e-commerce platform is reserved to the geographical area of mainland Portugal, so the delivery service will only be made in that space. The item purchased through the online platform is sent to the address indicated by the customer/user, as soon as it has been confirmed.

7.2 The service provided by ZENITFLOWER, LDA. is performed by logistic employees of recognized competence. Orders that are destined for non-permanent addresses such as: post offices, tourist resorts or others are not accepted.

7.3 The shipping cost is not included in the item prices. At checkout, the customer/user will be informed of the shipping costs.

8. Intellectual and industrial property

8.1 All customers/users should recognize that all e-commerce platform items and each article, information and materials that are part of them (brands, structure, selection and sorting of their content, computer programs for online store interaction ) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by ZENITFLOWER, LDA., SELAFANO and others. The General Conditions do not confer intellectual property rights and any rights other than those specifically mentioned therein.

8.2 However, it is totally prohibited to reproduce, alter, modify, perform any kind of malicious engineering, distribute, rent, lend or allow public access through any other public means of communication of all items referred to in the previous paragraph, except as otherwise provided, is duly authorized by ZENITFLOWER, Lda. or the third party holders of the corresponding rights and all that is legally permitted to the customer/user. The customer/user shall only and exclusively use the information and other services, as well as any and all articles made available through the online store, solely for the satisfaction of their needs, being immediately prohibited from making commercial use, either directly or indirectly of the information, services, articles or any other element obtained through the online store.

8.3 The customer/user is not allowed to deceive or manipulate any of the technical devices, which are part of the online store and are owned by ZENITFLOWER, LDA, SELAFANO and Third Parties.

9. Data protection

9.1 In compliance with Law 67/98, October 26, we inform you that personal data and other information contained in the registration form, as well commercial transactions, will be included and stored in a file owned by ZENITFLOWER LDA until requested to be destroyed. The processing of personal data aims to effect the commercial transaction, as well as the improvement of our promotional services, seeking a better disclosure, both of our services and products, as well as services and products of associated companies of ZENITFLOWER, LDA. so it fully meet customer/user needs. 11.2 In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the Braga District Court of Braga.
